Awakening Truth

We begin our Retreat Sat 10am and will be exploring :-

* Partner yoga flow, a playful opening and expanding, also playing with Mirrored group mandalas.

* lunch break and country walk

* We rejoin for Acro therapeutics, being massaged into flying transitions, allowing gravity to open us to space, & we wind down with the sacred dance of Thai yoga massage meltdown ...

* organic vegetarian Dinner and then Bhajans- devotional exstatic song by the fire.

Bring your yoga mat/ and therma rest + sleeping bags,instruments and snacks & fruit ,vegan milks for breakfast, wellies for the walk.

 All welcome no previous experience nessasary. Open to Surrender ...

Sliding scale of £40 a day to £20 concessions, food and accomodation included. Sat 10am ends sunday 5PM.
